These prices include a single character in a simple color background. Every Extra character will cost +75% of base price.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service, so be sure to read them thoroughly. For any question, don't hesitate to send me a DM to Bluesky (@yukilumino) or to my e-mail ([email protected])

General

  • The commission will only be for personal use. This includes posting on social media, using as icon/banner, personal printing... Any activity that does not generate profit from it.

  • For commercial use, the prices will vary and will be discussed upon ordering.

  • In any of the previous cases. The client agrees to credit me as the original artist and I will retain the copyright of the artwork.

  • Use of any kind for AI, NFTs and/or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

  • I retain the right to livestream and post the artwork or its process on my social media and portfolio unless otherwise determined beforehand, such as to delay the posting for birthday presents or debuts.

  • These commissions are Digital. The final piece will be sent via e-mail and/or wetransfer link. No physical artwork will be shipped.

  • The estimate time for the completion of a commission is approximately 1-5 weeks after the invoice is paid. In case of a delay, you will be informed about it.

Payment & Process

  • Payment will be done up front, in Euros (€) and by Paypal invoice or Bizum if from Spain.

  • For larger sums, there's the option of paying 65% up front and 35% before sending the finalised artwork.

  • Please send as many references and instructions as possible. The more references (photos, doodles, past commissions, written descriptions...) the more accurate the artwork will be.

  • I don't accept AI generated references.

  • The process will consist of: Agreement of the contents > Invoice > Sketch > Inks & Colors > Shading > Delivery.

  • Major changes can only be requested at the Sketch phase. After the Inks & Colors phase, this is further limited to only color or small adjustements. After the Shading phase changes won't be accepted unless I have made some kind of mistake.

  • No refunds once the commission has been started. Before that, asking for information as much as you want and even cancelling is okay.
